(KCM), has successfully acquired 100% of the share capital of CPS Canadian Primoflex Systems Inc. (CPS), a premier provider of advanced flexographic printing press technology headquartered in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.
Expanding Expertise in Flexographic Printing
CPS has built a strong reputation for its innovative solutions in flexographic printing, serving diverse industries such as paperboard packaging, lottery ticket production, and pharmaceutical applications. The acquisition enhances Komori Chambon’s presence in North America while expanding its global technological capabilities.
